MBA General & MBA Finance
Two parallel courses i.e., MBA, MBA (Finance) are being offered among which MBA (Finance) is self-funding course. MBA and MBA(Finance) are two-year courses spread into four semesters. In Each semester student studies 7 papers, takes two internal tests, an online test and a main examination at the end of each semester. Apart from which, students take viva voce examination at the end of I and II years. They also undertake major project for 8 weeks during summer break at the end of I year in any company of their choice. While in I year all papers are compulsory, II year offers 3 specializations- Financial Management, Marketing Management and Human Resource Management from which a student may opt any two papers in two specializations and three compulsory papers. However, MBA(Finance) offers single specialization i.e., Financial Management. Under CBCS, students choose a paper in their II and III semesters from other departments.
Research
SKIM offers PhD in Management under Full-Time and Part- Time modes. SKIM faculty with their vast experience, support conceptual base and provide inputs to the industry through research in very upcoming topics.
